Thank you for booking your hair appointment ! if you have to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice before the time of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellation will result in 25% charge of your original service price. No show appointments will be charged 50% of original service pricing. After two missed appointments for one client, I will no longer accept appointments booked for said client. clients that’s arrive after 20 minutes will need to reschedule for a later time. I’m am very flexible and understanding so please just communicate with me I understand emergencies happen! Please communicate with me and we can reschedule for a later date.
